My name is Donna Pollock (nee Carey) and I’m a Civil Marriage Celebrant based in beautiful Tamworth, NSW.
The reason I became a Celebrant in 2012 was to create the most memorable, personal and meaningful ceremonies for my clients. Your ceremony should be a reflection of your beliefs, values and lifestyle. I want to ensure your ceremony is truly all about you and I can write a service especially to your needs. Whether you want all the bells and whistles, a destination or elopement wedding or just a simple legal ceremony I can cater to your needs.
Having worked most of my career in advertising and marketing, I’m a creative writer and professional speaker which enables me to deliver the best possible ceremony for my clients.
My husband David and I have two beautiful little girls, Addyson and Kendyll and two fur babies, a Chocolate and a Black Labrador named Merlot and Moet. I enjoy a round of golf when time allows, I love camping or probably more glamping in our caravan and I indulge in good wine on occasion which is always great coupled with delicious food and even better company.

Your wedding should be the best day of your life and the ceremony itself forms the most important part. I write a unique, personal and individual ceremony just for you or if you have special words you have already chosen I can add the legal wording to officiate the marriage.

the process
Once we have had a chat, you can either book with me straight away if you think I’m the right fit or we can arrange a time to meet in person.
When I book in your date I will email you a deposit invoice which confirms your booking and then we arrange to complete the pre wedding legal paperwork called the Notice of Intent to Marry and we go through all of the exciting details for your big day. I then work on a personalised first draft ceremony and we go from there until its perfect!

I got the entrance finished just in time for a day of meetings today.

Q. Are you still doing normal full ceremonies with lots of guests?
A. Absolutely I’m still doing large weddings, small weddings and everything in between at a venue or location of your choice on a day of your choice.
Q. Can I have a legals only ceremony in a different location, not your office?
A. Yes of course, just give me a call and we can have a chat.
Q. Can I have an elopement or legals only ceremony on a Friday or Saturday?
A. You sure can, just give me a call.
Q. Do you have any Saturday availability for 2024?
A. Yes I still have some dates available next year and even some dates later this year.
